Molly Sausaman is a well-rounded association executive having spent the past 20 years providing both full-service management and project-based support for state, regional, national, and international organizations. A creative thinker, Molly is skilled in developing communications strategies and educational programs, and her proven track-record of executing high-quality meetings and industry events offers peace of mind knowing no detail is overlooked. Molly studied Psychology at the University of Illinois at Chicago with emphases on information development and relational science. Her fundamental understanding of perception and human thought process allows her to bring a deep sense of thoughtfulness, understanding, and humility to each of her undertakings.
